Honestly, AI travel apps and online booking sites make using a Certified Travel Advisor, even MORE important.

Allow me to take care of the details for your upcoming trip. My personalized approach ensures that your trip is tailored to your budget and the vision that you shared during your complementary consultation. 

These Fees will be confirmed during your complementary consultation appointment and electronically agreed to with our "Professional Fee Agreement" and are non-refundable.  

They will only be billed once the agreement has been signed and we are aligned on the nature of the work to be done and comfortable that your request is realistic in terms of budget.  That being said, no research will begin until after the Agreement has been signed.


Professional Planning Fees:

  • Single Family Package Vacations: $0 - you know what resort you want booked and you just want my after-booking care.   
  • Single Family Package Vacation:  $100 + tax per room RESEARCH fee if you don't know where to start and you need help finding the perfect match for your style, budget and occasion.
  • Custom Travel: Starting from $250 + tax  - varies with length and complexity of your trip and will be reconfirmed during our consultation, before we get started
  • Group Package Vacations or Tours: start at $50 per room, depending on the size of the group
  • Cruise Vacations:   $0
  • Travel Insurance: $0
  • Flights: $0 - Flights are only booked with hotel/cruise/tour reservations, as such, there are no additional fees for flights.

Here's what is included:

Travel Styles:

    1. Customized Itineraries - Creation of a tailored trip based on the vision and budget that you described during our consultations. These typically include flights, hotel, transfers (private or group), excursions, dining and much more.  You will also have the benefit of accessing your trip via a cell phone app while you are away, and having access to REAL TIME updates on things like flight delays.  My clients tell me that this helped them feel so much more comfortable travelling.
    2. Package Vacation and Cruise Recommendations:  Assistance with selecting package vacations or cruise options based on your travel preferences and budget.
    3. Customization of Cruise bookings: Tracking the dates for shore excursion bookings and dining reservations and custom flight assistance were possible, and assisting with them on your behalf, should you not want to have to complete those things yourself 
    4. Land (non-resort) Destinations: Help in choosing destinations, hotels, tours, transportation as well as dining and shopping recommendations.


    For All Trips:

    • A one on one meeting (via phone, zoom or google meet) to understand the vision for your trip along with your budget. Any additional consultations to answer questions, as needed.
    • Visa / Entry Requirements: Reviewing any Visa or Online Customs or Entry requirements and providing that to you in an easy-to-understand format.  Please note that the client is responsible for completing all requirements for travel.
    • Guidance on Travel Apps:  This is included in my "Bon Voyage" email, which is noted below.  Making recommendations on the travel apps that you should have downloaded and set up to get the most up to date information on your flights, resorts, hotels, transfers and trains
    • Airport Guidance:  Providing airport maps, information on lounges and recommending the best travel hubs to reduce airport delays and stress (as well as the hubs to avoid)
    • Travel Documents: I provide guidance on travel documents, covering things like the condition and expiry date of your passport, which can lead to you being denied boarding if not followed.
    • Travel Insurance Recommendations: I provide multiple travel insurance recommendations (even for clients in the US or outside of Ontario!) and provide guidance on the the claims process where possible.
    • Seat Selection: Assistance with seat selection (subject to airline fees if applicable).
    • Booking and Reconfirmation of Arrangements: Handling the booking and reconfirmation of all travel components, including notifying hotels of special requests and allergies.  Please note that special requests can never be guaranteed as they are at the sole discretion of the hotel, resort, airline or cruise line. 
    • Health and Safety Recommendations for your destination, including vaccine requirements and guidance on where to find travel clinics (if applicable)
    • Bon Voyage Email:  Sent a week before you travel, this customized email gives you the information that you will need to know, and the "to do's" on the day before you travel, your travel day and your return travel day, to enable you to travel with confidence.  This email will dial down your travel nerves and prepare you for a smooth travel experience, even in the busiest of airports!
    • Mid Trip and Post Trip Follow-Up:  Checking in with you during your trip to address any concerns or unexpected issues. You are not just a number to me....I truly care about your trip experience and will check in to ensure that things are going smoothly!  Post-trip follow-up to gather feedback and ensure your overall satisfaction.
